How fresh is the caviar?

Every order ships overnight in cold-chain packaging, straight from refrigerated storage. Keep it chilled at 28–32°F and enjoy within a few days of opening.

How much caviar do I need?

A 50g tin serves two as a tasting; a 100g tin serves four to six as an appetizer. For parties, plan 15–30g per guest.

What comes with my order?

Taster and Get One of Everything sets include blinis, crème fraîche, a tin key and a mother-of-pearl spoon. Add-ons are available with any order.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — overnight across the continental US. Orders over $300 ship free.

What if there's a problem with my delivery?

Email us the same day with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no drama.
