Shipping

All caviar ships overnight in insulated cold-chain packaging with gel ice. Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship same or next business day; weekend orders ship Monday. Free overnight shipping on orders above $300.

Delivery

Someone should be available to refrigerate the package on arrival. Caviar is perishable — we can't leave it on a hot porch and call it luxury.

Returns

Because caviar is perishable, we can't accept returns. If anything arrives damaged, warm, or not as ordered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
